Thank you to and your hard working team of installation experts, supervised by Tom, for all the fine work and attention to detail in designing and completing the watering system for our new lawn.
As I mentioned to you before, I had a system in my previous home in Eden Prairie that was not designed well or installed with any significant thought in mind. Your time spent with me allowed my system to be installed and new sod laid (in 90+ degree temperatures) over five days now...and the sod is 100% green without the need of a hose, anywhere!
Thank you for your help, your thoughts in design and the ability to answer all my questions was a comfort. Now, I have a 36 month warranty covering the system to boot!

I’m sorry, but this letter is a little overdue. Just wanted to write to thank you for the wonderful job of bidding, installing and following up on our irrigation system. It was a professional job from start to finish and we greatly appreciated all you did.
As we had mentioned earlier, you came highly recommended by the landscapers that helped with our remodel. I have always believed that the best advertising is that that comes in the form of a referral and they were right. You are the best.
Your visit prior to the bid was most professional you explained what a system would do and how you would do the work. This was done in a straightforward manner with no “hard sell.”
You kept us well informed prior to the installation and on the day of installation the crew arrived when you said they would and installed the system with a minimum of disruption to either our family or the lawn. In fact, at the end of the day it was hard to tell they had been here. Please let them know how pleased we were.
Finally, your follow up visit to explain the control system was most thorough and your offer to respond promptly if needed was most comforting. Thanks to your follow up I was able to change the times on two zones and I am certainly not a systems person.

We were pleasantly surprised with how little inconvenience there was with scheduling and installing. Once the day was set, I left for work in the morning, returned in the afternoon and it was in and operational. Because of the equipment you use, our yard looked undisturbed…we didn’t have to re-seed or have any unsightly trenches crisscrossing our yard.

Received a bid from Clearwater Irrigation for a sprinkler system. From the time of my first call, this was a very good experience. Steve Bielski came to my home, measured my yard and came up with a detailed plan of the irrigation system that they were proposing. He spent time with me explaining the Rainbird product and the parts and procedures that his company would use. I have a lawn that is approximately 5,000 square feet and his proposal came to a total of $2,840. This included 8 zones and all necessary plumbing, etc. Steve was very professional, and I was impressed with him and his product. Ultimately, I chose a competitor to do the job because of a lower price. Looking back, I might have chosen Steve, as the company that I hired did not quite meet my expectations, although they did do a good job (they only installed 6 zones, and 8 really would have provided better coverage). - Pat S.

Clear Water irrigation installed 16 zone irrigation system. This system included 12regular zones (rotors and sprays) and 4 drip zones. I worked with Steve Bielski for getting my irrigation system installed. Steve worked very well with my landscaping company and sodding company. Their proposal was very professional. They showed up on time and finished the entire work in a day. They cleaned up after they left, Steve came to my place to explain how everything worked and helped me in setting up the system for my new lawn and landscaping. My new lawn was having minor problems and they sent a guy to my home on the same day to make sure that every area of the lawn is being watered. I am very happy with the price as well as quality of work performed by clear water irrigation. I found them very professional and trust worthy. They moved a few sprinkler heads because I was building a deck. They also turned my sprinkler system on. Steve is very professional to work with. I called him to tell him what I needed and he directly contacted my deck builder to coordinate his work. He moved the sprinkler heads at the same time as turning my sprinkler system on so it saved me money. When the deck builder was digging holes in the ground for the deck posts they looked at the existing sprinkler lines and mentioned that the sprinkler system that was installed was of very high quality. - Rajinder S.

Exceptional service and capabilities. Steve Bielski was very responsive to do the estimate then squeezed my job in the same day as they were ending their instillation season. Very good crew (especially Tom the crew chief). They modified my sprinkler system by adding three new heads, relocating one, and raising four others. He was very personable and professional. The company installed a 6 zone sprinkler system in our yard and a control panel in the garage. They also handled the pump installation with the plumber. Steve Bielski went over the design of the system with my husband and I in detail. He kept us informed as permits were issued and utilities marked. The installation crew was professional and hardworking. The installation was complete within 1 day and ahead of schedule. Every time I call Steve and Clearwater he is VERY responsive and came out to see our job right away. He has great suggestions for how to handle the problem and it is always at a great price. Steve did an excellent job of talking me through the entire process. There are many ways to approach an irrigation project and I believe he found the most cost effective way of handling mine while at the same time ensuring the system would be effective. Steve showed up on time for our initial meeting, came prepared and got back to me promptly with a final estimate.
My neighbor had used Steve’s company earlier in the year so I had a chance to observe the process. I decided to go with Clearwater even though I might have saved a few hundred dollars with someone else.
The installation took one day, as promised. The crew was very professional and even re-seeded a few areas. Steve personally came back a few days later to make a few adjustments (without me calling him) and to make sure we understood how to use the system.
The bottom line is that the system works as anticipated. Very easy to understand controls. - Patrick N.
